📣 CLUB & SPORTS UPDATE! 🦦💙

Dear Ord Terrace Families,
We are excited to share that almost all of our clubs are now FULL, and sports sign-ups are officially underway! 🏀🏃‍♀️

🎨 CLUB REMINDER

If your student DID NOT receive a Welcome Message for a club your student submitted a permission slip for, this means your student is currently ON THE WAITLIST.
🚫 Students on the waitlist should NOT attend that club next week.
If a spot opens up and your student moves off the waitlist, we will notify both you and your student with a Welcome Message.

⏰ IMPORTANT: CONFLICTING ACTIVITIES

If your student has been accepted into a club but has another activity, sport, or commitment that conflicts with the club meeting time, please have your student decide which activity they would like to participate in and let us know as soon as possible.
If your student chooses not to participate in the club, we can remove them from the roster and give another student the opportunity to move off the waitlist and participate! 💙
📋 Club rosters and waitlists are currently posted in the following locations:

• 🏫 Front of the school
• 🪟 Office window
• 🚪 In front of Room 6
• 📌 Cafeteria bulletin board

Please note: Permission slips that were turned in after the rosters were posted may not have your student's name reflected on the posted lists. Those students are still on the waitlist and will be contacted if a spot becomes available.
