New date: Hispanic Heritage month celebration October 16th! Help needed!

Dear Ord Terrace Community,

Our Hispanic Heritage Festival has been postponed to Friday, October 16, from 3:00–6:00 p.m.

The postponement will ensure that we have plenty of time to thoughtfully plan and provide a high-quality event for our students, families, and community. The new date also falls right at the conclusion of Hispanic Heritage Month, observed September 15–October 15, providing a wonderful opportunity to culminate our month of recognition and learning with a community celebration. We are sincerely sorry if you were planning on joining us for the previously scheduled date. We know that some people are disappointed at this change. However, we made this decision after careful consideration. As you know, putting together an event like this requires a lot of time, coordination, and effort.
